Orders are posted out every working day. Postage is a minimum of £2.99 in order to cover my basic postage + packaging costs. Product shipping cost is calculated by weight.

Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase date. Orders going to a UK address are delivered by Evri using their standard or express delivery methods.

We’re very happy to send our knitting kits to customers in the United States.

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or courier handling fees once they arrive in the USA. These charges are set by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If any import charges are refused and a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items once safely received back, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
